Its Not Your Fault Your Fat – How To Lose Weight Quick Once You Know The Secret

Most people are fat. That is not secret. According to a government study, two out of every three adults in America today is fat. And I\’m sure you know all the health problems that come with it.
Were we always so fat? Did we always have so many of the health problems that come being fat? No. Two or three generations ago, most people were healthy, slim, and in pretty good shape. Being fat was much less of a problem before.
Of course, on obvious reason is the amount of physical exercise that most of us get. Back in the day, people had to work pretty hard just to make a living. There was no need for gyms or fitness clubs. Today, most of us can make a living without ever breaking a sweat.
Another thing that has changed is the kind of food we eat. A couple generations ago, people cooked every day, bought fresh food from local farmers, and only ate out once in a great while. Even when people went out to eat the food was generally prepared the same way. Grown locally without any preservatives or chemicals. Nothing frozen or mass produced
Of course, in today\’s busy world, you can\’t even take a couple steps without running into a vast array of choices for the kind of food to eat. Frozen, processed, mass produced. Most of the food you find in your supermarket is mass produced and loaded with chemicals. Even those that cook every day will find it difficult to avoid processed and chemical laden foods.
Even if you try and go out to a \”healthy\” restaurant, most of the food there will be filled with junk to keep it fresh as long as possible.
And fast food is in a category all by itself. It\’s no secret that some of the chemicals used by some of these fast food restaurants could have developed by mad scientists. Who really needs to keep french fries fresh for twenty years?
We are surrounded by so many horrible food choices its a miracle we aren\’t\’ even fatter than we already are. And eating processed, chemically laden food has the strange effect of making you want to eat more of it. It\’s almost like they planned it that way.
One other huge problem worth mentioning is that all this stuff is horrible for our intestines. Most people don\’t know that almost everybody has parasites living inside them. And these parasites grow and flourish with all this junk we feed ourselves. And once these parasites get in there, it can be impossible to lose weight, and keep it off.
Fortunately, once you find out how to get rid of these parasites, and flush them out, losing weight actually becomes pretty easy. People that have done this are amazed how easily they can quickly lose weight. They also realize how rapidly they can return to a normal, happy life.
